We also traveled back in time, I believe. Though quite a bit farther than you. Some years, from what I can understand - to a previous Reaper's Game that took place in the location we'd been staying at all of this time.

That's right. Apparently it is the location that is under a different Composer's responsibility, and she did not necessarily enjoy the fact that Nightingale had placed us there for safekeeping. She agreed that she would help us with our problems, and said she would leave something in the past for us to collect in the future. Which is what the hangman's note was about. It was some sort of feather? No, I have no idea what it does at all.

Oh-- Right. I guess you haven't been speaking to Nightingale much before the other day. They are a Composer and Conductor pair, I believe, though I'm not sure what that means beyond it is a job title that is stationed above the Reapers.

They are "higher-ups" if you will.
